4. What can I expect from a 1:1 session?
Each session is tailored to your needs, using a combination of intuitive coaching, somatic techniques, energy work, and practical strategies. Sessions help with emotional release, mindset shifts, and personal empowerment.

5. How long are the sessions?

  • 1:1 sessions: 90 minutes.

  • Workshops: Typically 2-3 hours but can vary, sometimes longer.

  • Speaking engagements: Customizable based on event needs.

6. Can I book a session if I’m new to energy work or holistic healing?
Absolutely! Sessions are customized for all levels. If you’re new, I guide you step by step.

7. Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All 1:1 sessions are virtual via zoom only for now. Group workshops can be done via Zoom or in person.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

8. How do I pay for services or products?
We accept credit cards, and Square payments.

9. What is your refund policy?

  • 1:1 sessions: No refunds for completed sessions; 48-hour notice required for rescheduling.

  • Speaking engagements: Non-refundable deposits; full amount due if canceled within 7 days.

  • Digital products: All sales are final.

  • Physical products: Refunds or exchanges allowed only for defective items (within 7 days of receipt).

10. Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.

Currently, we ship within US, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia, and China.

A: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because we produce items on demand rather than in bulk, it takes a bit longer to deliver. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste—so thank you for making thoughtful, sustainable purchasing decisions!

A: For orders within the US and Canada, you can expect delivery in approximately 5–9 days. For international orders, delivery usually takes 7–25 days, depending on your location.

16. Q: How long does it take to make my product?
A: It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom-ordered product. More than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

17. Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping rates range from $5.99 to $16.99 depending on your destination. You will see available shipping options and pricing based on your location during checkout.

  • International: Delivery usually takes 5–20 business days after production is complete.
